2 to 5 Years of strong experiences in NOC , access network or  ISP is a must.

  • Ensure stable and maximum possible service availability and performance.

  • Coordinates the duty shift for NOC operations and carefully allocates staff members on different shift duties for ensuring the whole NOC shift works in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Work pro-actively to continuously improve the operational performance of ticket handling , system monitoring and network stability.

Attend management meetings where necessary with cross functional teams and others.

  • Communicate with the upstream providers for transit link matters and troubleshooting.
  • Giving technical solutions to FE teams based on the customer requirements, manage team for provisioning for new setup customers in Core Network such as B2B customer (L2 customers, IPVPN,MPLS VPN, DIA etc.)
  • Provide required guidelines to NOC for proper work flow , escalation , ticket resolution and troubleshooting .
  • Troubleshoot for IPT link ,access network, last mile issues work with internal and the vendor teams.
  • Prepare and update documentation .
  • Create monitoring links and alerts in NMS and update upon necessary .
  • Responsible for informing Management, partners and peers about network performance and service availability.
  • Reporting to management for urgent cases if have a network issue on the internal external.
  • Knowledge and understand the optical fiber network for troubleshoot
  • Training and sharing to NOC engineers, FE and call centers for improving technical knowledge.
  • Knowledge of the ISP procedure and make alignment with internal and cross teams if needed.
  • Provide regulars reports to management .

Job Requirements

  • Must have minimum 5 years working experiences and NOC management in Internet Service Provider environment.
  • Must have good knowledge and skill in NOC process flow , ticket handling process, escalation processes.
  • Must have hand on experiences or knowledge in IP Core , NMS , Systems , Access Network ( OLT , AE Switches), ONU and Optical Fiber Network.
  • Must have knowledge with carrier grade core routers , switches , firewalls , NMS systems , OLT , AE Switches .
  • Must have knowledge and some experiences in BGP, OSPF, ISIS, MPLS VPN, Ethernet (STP, RSTP, Dot1q, Qin), AAA platforms, BNG, L2TP, PPPOE, IPOE etc.
  • Must have hand on experiences in handling FTTx network.

This position is responsible for managing and leading IP Core & Access Network, Metro network planning & operations.

  • Planning and operation of IP Core and Access Network.
  • Managing, leading and supporting IP Core & Access Network teams for running day to day operations smoothly as well as urgent activities can be finished successfully.
  • Oversee the whole HTI IP Core & Access Network, Metro Network.
  • Leading in network expansion, implementation, testing, joint investigation & troubleshooting of IP Core & Access network, metro network related matters.
  • Monitoring and performing capacity planning, upgrading, performance optimization, fine tuning and expansion for Network infra align with business plan & focus.
  • Managing IP Transit, CDN, and PNI Peering with the partner networks.
  • Identify network-related issues quickly according to SOPs and best practices.
  • Manage and resolve complaints issues within SLA.
  • Liaise and work together with internal departments and external parties to be able to resolve the issues quickly.
  • Review the incidents and provide service improvement plans.
  • Evaluate potential problems, technical issues, detail RCA and prepare preventive measures proactively.
  • Lead to prepare MOP/SOP, HLD & LLD, test scenarios and relevant documentation for every change activity and project.
  • Research and evaluate network solutions based on best common industrial standards and business requirements.
  • Coordinate with upstream service providers to resolve all problems to restore services within SLA.
  • Regular check and maintenance for Core and Access Network infra and devices.

Job Requirements

  • 4 to 6 Years of strong experiences in Data Center and ISP network is a must.
  • CCNP certification is a must, and CCIE will be an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge and experiences of network systems, communications interface protocols, wireless technology, diagnostic tools and network monitoring systems.
  • Good working knowledge of Data Center and cabling standards.
