Our Story

Horizon Telecom International, known as Hi Internet, is a subsidiary of Tumil Holdings and was founded in 2012. Initially, the company focused on providing services to operators, later transitioning into a WiFi provider to serve the general public. In 2018, Hi Internet launched its Fiber to the Home (FTTH) business, marking a new chapter in delivering high-speed internet directly to residential customers. In 2021, under new management, the company strategically shifted its focus to become a dedicated FTTH provider, aiming to deliver the highest quality of service to its customers.

The company has seen significant growth in both its subscriber base and workforce over the years. FTTH subscribers reached 17,482 in 2021, 57,338 in 2022, 61,648 in 2023, and 70,536 as of 2024. During this period, Hi Internet also expanded its team, with 200 employees in 2021, 400 in 2022, 600 in 2023, and a current workforce of 920 in 2024. These milestones reflect Hi Internet’s commitment to expanding access to high-quality internet services and solidifying its position as a leading FTTH provider.
